Sept & Oct Rate: $749/week or $120/night 2 nights minimum stay ; $1495/month

January & February Rate: $749/week or $120/night 2 nights minimum stay;$1495/month
March, April, and May Rate:  $1045/week or $170/nigh  3 nights minimum stay
Spring Break (3/10 to 4/7) Rate: $1245/Week or $200/night; 4 nights minimum
Memorial day, 4th of July, and Labor day will be weekly rate only at $1595/week
Please add 110 to 130 Cleaning fees plus 11.5% plus taxes to above rates.
